Conversation, the art has died
Or haven’t you heard?
Nobody cried
No one said a word.

Dialogue has died on arrival
Or haven’t you heard
Nobody thought of it’s survival
No one said a word

Heresy Once here to stay
Has gone for good
Or haven’t you heard?
It came and went, like nobody said it would
No one said a word

Dialogue has died on arrival
Or haven’t you heard
Nobody spoke of it’s revival
No one said a word

The gilded tongue
Has met it’s match
Nobody has further
News to dispatch
No one said a word
