A person kills himself because "his friends" or "voices" tell him to

The voices I heard them

They whispered to me

told me things the shouldn't have

Yet things I craved to hear

They cared for me

Kept me from my darkness

From those who wore friendly faces

Tough wished me nothing but harm

The voices wished for trust

So I gave it

They wished for rest

So I gave it

Now they have left me

Resting alone in a bed of wood

The only friend that will always stay
