the door slams open

the yelling begins

there’s a whole in the wall

I head to my room

I shut my door, i turn up my music

I don’t want to hear the people screaming

--SLAM--

Everyone back in there rooms

I turn down my music, open the door

walk down the stairs, out the door

over to my best friends

Crying, Crying, Crying

he's holding me tight

Falling asleep

--black out--

My cell phones ringing

"Where are you?" she asks

"At a friends house, I'll come home soon."

"No stay there."

--Dial tone--

Crawl to the bed, curl up close

sleep like a baby
