Last Train

My first go at a haiku.. thought I'd try something new

I waited for you
Counting every second passed
Staring at the clock

I held my hand out
To all the trains roaring by
Willing them to stop

I turned to the doors
Reflecting my loneliness
On the two-way glass

I’ll be back too soon
Forgetting you are a ghost
Waiting for your train
