Dancing ants

I wrote this for the April contest. Took me about two minutes.

Every so often you should take a chance
And do a little dance.
Said the leader of the little ants
Who lived in a pair of raggedy pants
In a far flung corner of France.

The leader stuck out his feet
And started to tap to the beat.
While his subjects just stared
And really wouldn’t have cared
If his legs dropped off in the heat.
