Peace rolls over the body
In the breath of a sigh

Shoulders migrating gently south
As the weight finally lifts and muscles relax

Silence blessed silence
Is no longer an enemy to be feared

But reveled in and embraced
As the mind wonders freely and unencumbered

Heart slowing to a subdued leisurely drumming
As the spirit trembles in humble meditation

On the goodness and grace of God
