We will choose eleven random times through the day to award public reviewers. We aren't telling when these times will be... all you have to do is make sure you're logged on and publicly reviewing throughout the days. The more you review, the better your chances will be that you will be near time slots we choose that day. Please be mindful, however, that we may pass over reviews that appears to be lower in quality and given more hastily than others. Reviewing is definitely NOT just about the quantity.
