A young man and his female companion go hunting for sap in a gorge.
|Amid the mellifluous sounds of birds chirping
And the wild animals’ breathtaking strides,
The sweet, sticky sap leaves the tall, handsome tree.
A young man and his joyous partner
Maneuver deftly through the fallen branches
And withering foliage to secure and contain
The golden substance which holds such rich,
To encroach upon this bed of soil and life-sustaining sunshine,
As the cool, elegant breeze sneaks through the
Mysterious branches into this sacred gorge,
The heavenly couple has managed to satiate their appetites:
By capturing this gooey, dripping sap in their now
Pristine, covered vessels.
