A brief, unrhymed, slightly depressing poem in Anapestic Trimeter.

As of late life feels more like a play
Like a grand and elaborate act
For which I am here only to watch
And to see how the drama concludes
Though I liked the beginning a tad
I must say that I welcome the end.
