Extremely simple poem about bouncing back from a Science vs. God stage. |
| When immersed in dismay And I have lost all things to say And heavy darkness fills my day I turn to You For who could love me more? What better ointment for the sore? You are the sunset on my shore And I turn to you Of someone better I know not To fill all my hearts' empty spots So when the tears grow too hot I turn to You Though I'm enveloped in shades of gray The sight of You burns through the haze Stumbling, lost, and in a daze I turn to You Overwhelmed by the love You show Your light makes the darkness go And flooded with joy I have not known I'm so glad I turn to You |
