Friends forever...

This poem is about friendship and the way I feel about my friends.

You have made my life shine.

You have made my days glitter.

People say love is blind,

but to me, friendship is blinder.

The jewels of my life,

that's what you are!

Twinkling all the time

like a heavenly star.

An indestructible place

you have made in my heart.

It's like a castle that has been growing

out of our strength and our love.

You've been the foundation of my inner peace

since the  wake of my life

Your loyalty, trust and belief

are for what I've strived.

I want you to know that we must

be in touch even when separated.

As our friendship is too precious to lose

and I don't it to be degraded.

People say nothing lasts forever,

But our friendship will!

Because our bonds are stronger

and strong they will always be.
