To The End

Is it the beginning of the end or simply an end to the beginning?

Controversy appears to awaken,

From a long slumber or just a brief nap?

Significance and value have all but sunken,

But in this potential we have yet to tap.



For while some argue it’s just the beginning,

I can safely conclude that there is no end.

To the trouble, war, diversity that’s embarking,

Where there’s none, I would apprehend.



So thank the world for the problems we face,

It is a reminder that we are still alive.

Because together we preserve the human race,

Organized, we struggle on a crusade to survive.
