My father, the man who was there,
The man who made me
Into the man that I would share
With the rest of my family.

I know the time is nigh,
That you will not be here,
I know that I will not cry,
For you taught me not to fear,

You were the one who showed me the way,
To see what side to be on,
But what else can I say,
Except Happy Fathers Day Dad,
