With a pen and paper you can start to write, but not for digital writing. Do you think so?
I always love writing. Especially, when I write in my native language, Indonesia. I have not found it difficult error to put down idea on the paper and let it flows. When I write in Indonesia, the idea just flows like a water being poured. In an hour, I can get at least 3 - 5 pages. But, it is not the same when I write in English. I need more time to figure out how the sentence patterns and what are the appropriate words to use. Moreover, it is become harder when I have to put my writing in English on a new online writing tool that I never use before, such as writing.com.

To use writing.com, I have to figure out how the navigation system look like. In addition, the tabs where I have to click are so tricky. I have to sit down and try to find where are they placed. The "Get Started" provides information, but I realized that it was not explicit and cleared enough for me. Probably, I need more time to figure out where to get started and what is the best stuff to get started. I even had a hard time to figure out where the edit tab is. Finally, I look at a tiny blue phrase state "Manage Your ..." Here there is, the edit tab is under this feature.

Under the "Manage inside...", I feel the features are getting more user friendly for me. There are boxes like a form format where I can type my post. But, hey, after writing for a minute, I realized that there is a limitation on character for some of the boxes. Oh well, that's my fault, I should read carefully before move on with typing more and more. This is a writing tool man, I tried to remind my self. I have to read carefully the information before use it. There is the manual and information for and I must understand it first.

Finally, the first draft of my writing ready. It is short, only 4 paragraphs. Wippie, I make it. I successfully posting my first writing on the writing.com.
