I Write Because I Hurt

I write because I hurt on the inside
But no one knows
They just go off my actions
And what I show
I cry at night
And weep at day
Sometimes I just want to go early
Just to leave this emotional state
Times are more than hard
Minutes count away
Seconds Fade
As tears run down my face
It hurts that my loved ones show no sympathy
But others love ring out like the English symphony
The lord won’t put me through more than I can handle
So I will walk this journey
In just some sandals
