Eyes shedding tears,
the tiny droplets,
Different meaning with different pretext,
same content but multiple facets.

Tears from child’s eyes,
muffled with sighs and cries
Reveal his naughtiness,
unveil forbidden innocence.

Old eyes when ooze tears,
splenetic life that sear,
Old aspirations revealed,
faded dreams lying on bier.

Mirth and sorrow en-bloc,
tears of a bride when don’t soak
Tiny droplets recapitulate
human emotions
