My observations of what October is for me in 2011!

My October



Hello!  October is here

and with this month comes cheer.

Red, gold, yellow, and blue-

yes, blue.

A clear blue sky in which Indian summer reflects

on crystalline waters:  gorgeousness.



Cool nights bring bonfires,

jackets, stadium yells;

aroma of hot dogs, hot chocolate,

and burnt marshmallows.



Hunters stalk quail,

arrows piercing bring wails;

crunch of leaves, fleeing of bees,

honey pop corn balls, pumpkins

kites soaring in the breeze.
