A poem of what truly matters. |
| With confidence I utter, it is what truly matters; the true focus of our lives as my mind’s eye has seen. Connections of every sort; between two persons of any relation or any two who have none at all. Between Man and the ever present Nature or even a moment of silence and a single blade of grass. Between ignorance and intelligence there exists a wealth of discovery. Between all that we have ever done and what is yet to be seen is the world as it exist right now, with every doubt and concern and every possibility we have ever dreamed. The link of one generation to the next, the bridge between despair and a lingering hope, the transition from the birth of one’s life to its end, the transcendence from that which doesn’t matter to the only thing that ever has is what brings everything together and allows us to feel as if we’re home, no matter where in the universe we may ever endeavor. |
