I wish that I could escape this feeling,
And I’m hoping someday to erase the past....
I wish that my heart would start healing
And I’m hoping these memories won’t last...

Maybe someday I’ll find the reason
Maybe someday I won’t be afraid
Maybe this is just a season
Maybe this hopelessness will fade

I know at the end of the day, I might not be okay
But don’t leave me alone in my despair
