We seek to make ends meet but day by day we are plagued by the evils of the system. ....
We feel the pain of corruption,
The heartache, fear and somberness;
The relentless, mind-blowing situation
Seemingly too much to redress.

We are wounded, rolled and twisted,
Restricted like a spiral loom;
Once fair, honest and uncorrupted;
Now pinned and deemed for doom.

This is blatant hypocrisy!
The melancholic grief we share,
Compounded by awful suppression
That is so overwhelming to bear.

Never say we are infallible;
Never say we don't regret;
Though this aura is unbearable
We are empowered to regain respect.
