the ego as being in possesion of your true self
sometimes i wake up in the morning with a feeling of complete emptiness and calmness in my brain that i can only compare to being in the woods completely alone listening to the trees sway and creak. the main goal for every human being should be to eradicate the ego...whatever you see yourself as and whatever evryone else sees you as must be eradicated to reach your true self. only through total alienation and isolation can you reach your true state and realize who you are befor the ego takes controle...if you have ever asked yourself the question why did i just say that or why did i just do that you have expereinced the power of ego.. it is real, you created him through systems of manipulation and lies and deceite and ways to hide your true self. ask yourself if you are different when you are with your family and if you are with your friends. if the answer is yes your ego has decided to hide your true self from eithr one of these groups so as not to be seen as being a two faced... but realy anybody who allows ego to take hold is in some way a schizophrenic... allowing for two silmultanous characters to come forth at different intervals depending on social situations.. its quite a scary thought, that oh lord why did i do that thought...

emptyness is the path...you must clear your mind of all things material, even stop speaking so that you can hear the true voice within only then will you be whole and true, and if as your contemplating you say screw this this is stupid.. well then im sorry its too late for you your true self will never shine throughuntil your old age when the bonds of social conventions break and you just dont care any more

be ever mindfull...guard your mind like an army guarding a fortified mountain, slay all negative thoughts befor they gain ground on you. be your own temple
