Valuing Friendship

FRIENDS

Friends are special people who smile at you,

Whether in good or bad moods,
Friends are real people who care about you
Whether you’re right or wrong.

Friends are the source of one’s strength
When the world seems to be trembling,
Friends are the source of one’s pleasure
When the world seems to be rejoicing.

Friends are those who help you,
When there’s no one to turn to
Friends are those who believe in you

When nobody trusts you.

Friends are always there beside you

Whether you’re up or down

Friends are always with you
Whether you’re happy or sad.

Friends are treasure that we need to keep
Whether worthy or worthless they may seem to be

Friends are precious that we need to value
For without them life will be nonsense.
