Intentions for today, just today

Today. 

Today I woke up early then laid abed.

Today I got up late and left my sleepy head 4 year old to his little boy dreams.

Today I sat in peaceful commune with spirit while an angel snuck into my lap for a good morning mommy cuddle.

Today I blended family and work, work and family.

Today I was a daughter, mother, wife, partner, employee, adviser, referee and writer.

Today I was whole.

Today I was me, authentically, quietly, exuberantly me.

Just Today.
