I stood before you at one time,
You were once my partner in crime
I thought that I could trust you
I believed you every word was true
You deserted me, the one you called friend
This is something that time cannot mend
My life is gone and my existence is at an end
My happiness and joy I can no longer send
You could have stopped this but you left me
Holding desperately to a ledge you could see
I tried with all i had and you let me fall
A friend is something for you i cannot call
Because you could have saved my life
You could have saved me from my struggle and strife
You let me go for you own personal gain
Your hands are now covered with a crimson stain
Why had you done this to me I need to know
