My heart hurts because of you, and I dont understand
You say you love me, but all alone in the dark I stand
My heart hurts because you smile as you walk away
You say everything is ok, but act a diferent way
My heart hurts because you say it's not about me
But you leave signs of doubt, that I can see
My heart hurts and I'm not sure what to do
My love for you says to stay and be true,
But my heart hurts
