Fulfillment

Water cleanses

There is a Spirit embedded in us,
When Baptism was performed.
We entered God's family,
Instantly transformed.

The water purified
The soul contained within.
No longer must we suffer
With Adam's stain of sin.

Christ has raised us
Above the devil's realm.
And placed us with His angels,
To remain always with Him.

There will be temptations
That lead us astray.
But His grace and mercy,
When asked, will carry the day.
