The elevator descends,

The danger we're in,

Collapsing in and around me,
But I still can't wake up,
If I go any further, maybe I never will.

You created the maze,
At a hazardous cost,
Where creating security is the most dangerous game.

And I'll make it home one day,
To the truth you forgot but I knew couldn't be lost.

It was locked and forgotten,
In a world only we were in.
But it brought me back home,
When I was all but lost.
