I was bored and in my basement when I wrote this.

give me respect, give me pleasure
expectations so high, i can't even measure.
The extent of what i'm feeling
your presence's got me reeling
in the line, i can't fall behind
mistakes are lessons learned
and a lesson is knowledge yearned
but you gotta go to school
to learn the golden rule
don't forget what you know
now, it's time you show
and tell what you are thinking
like the Titanic, i'm sinking
going deeper underground
was lost,but now i'm found
this city seems endless
the time seems ageless
and i'm just dateless
and in a daze; what a craze
mmm but i just crave.
that taste so mesmerizing
that voice so gratifying.
all those lines sound the same
living your life as if it were a game
hiding in spots to block out the shame.
beating down cops, forgetting your own name
throw this shit out, i'm going insane
