It's baseball season. I'm rooting for the home team----as always.
Hit and Run

The batter's eyes looked for the pitch.
He gripped his bat and said a prayer.
His awesome muscles began to twitch.
The batter's eyes looked for the pitch.
One grand slam hit would make him rich.
The rookie pitcher began to glare.
The batter's eyes looked for the pitch.
He gripped his bat and said a prayer.


This is another triolet poem form.
Yes I love baseball and will root for my home team.
