You treat me more than your brother
Make my life even safer
And never let me suffer.

Even though you know that the world is against us,
Still you guarded me until the night lasts,
And hold my hands until the days pass.

We face our problems together
And make ourselves believe that everything lasts forever
Though we know we will never be partners.

But for as long as I know that we’re more than brothers,
For as long as our feelings are sweet and tender,
Our love will stand and will require no gender.
