Where you belong.
Off the asphalt I drove my Jeep
onto a gravel road that goes into a turn pike.
In a distance the coyote howls
as it prepares for a night of hunting.
In the sky the stars shine brightly,
displaying an elusive light show.
Coming to the house the crystallized
stones show off an elemental color of Earth.
