I AM

a homework piece done my 8th grade yr, first words available i did my best to finish it

IAM

I am who I am and thats me
I wonder from time to time when
I hear the sounds of winged seraphs
I see their heavenly glow
I want to be like them to spread my wings and fly

I am who I am and wish to be them
I pretend to fly amongst the trees, beyond the clouds, away from thee.
I feel the sorrow and the pain to all those left in the rain
I touch their hearts and fill them with joy
I worry about the day it will be no more
I cry in my sleep for those who are weak

I am who I am a leader
I understand where many will go
I say to them the day will come
I dream when it will and away we go
I try to be strong and carry on
I hope many will follow to the heavens above
I am who I am a disciple of GOD
