It's cold on this road alone
when no one seems to care
everyone seems against me
I need to escape this shit.

Can't explain the way I feel
feels like I'm being pulled apart
by these demons I'm forced to keep.

The pressure's building
I'ma hit the wall
there's nothin' I can do,
just grin and bear it.

Feels like I'm stuck in a slump
and I can't escape.
No matter how hard I try
you just won't open your eyes
and acknowledge my dreams.

All this negativity is causing a block
no matter how I try
the words just won't come out.

I got to get this off my chest
anyway I can
so I'ma turn this rage,
throw it back in your face.

'Cause I'm getting nowhere here
listening to you shatter my dreams
keep sayin that I'll never make it,
I'll never be anything
Never move on.

I'ma keep livin' my dreams
your life ain't much better.
