Gratitude in Adversity

Be thankful for the troubles you receive,
The soul expands with each test passed,
Gratitude in adversity is the key,
To spirituality.

In each problem that you face,
Begin your prayers by giving thanks,
In adversity the grateful soul,
Becomes a butterfly,
Or sparkling star.
