Colourless days

Today the world shows
a colourless day
I sit in my room
And everything around is meaningless

I look through my window
at the colourless world
feeling nothing

So many promises before
All vanished in time
New challenges ahead
People to meet

But right now
it's a colourless day
Nothing's happening
Nobody's here
Not even me
