Poem describing the changing of seasons. |
From Strut to Swagger By Debby Payne The youthful beauty and sweetness ages quickly but still with flair. The all-concealing coverage has uncaringly been stripped bare. The crooked limbs and deep-scarred skin on grand display for all to stare. Each season a beauty to behold a strut for the young, and a swagger for the old. With youthful style they bend and twist begging for lookers to envy they are too young to understand the power of inner beauty The older group so grand and noble sway so gently from side to side a sweet ballet of strength and grace it’s sure to fill your soul with pride. Nature’s way of changing seasons while breathtaking to watch unfold most won’t take the time to enjoy as they rush to their season of old. |
