At the centre of my life, around which I grow, is my heart.

Something in me,
see's something in you,
that no-one else can see.
My eyes don't have to look,
not having to turn my face,
to catch a glimpse inside.
In you I see the promise,
guarded by colours of hope,
to untangle the knotted world.
Visions peel away layers,
unravel the coarse and dull,
a flower blossoming free.
Maybe my old eyes,
tinted by life's surprise,
are happy to be biased.
You may not have a voice,
to speak so all can hear,
yet I can hear you sing.
My souls rhythm charge,
beating without fear,
like echos that never fade.
You are earth for all my hopes,
house of all my dreams,
God of all emotions.
If only you could see,
in the magic of a beat,
all that I can feel..
