Within

It is a poem about the struggling life I lived once.

I remember days of silence and regrets
I remember years I spent trying to forget
But today I will shout and say they built me
And I became the man I couldn't ever foresee

The illusions of darkness were the light
Today a striking hope started to ignite
I'm lucky for all what I have been through
It taught me how to stand tall and stay true

Time will heal, truth will be revealed
Daunted you feel?, hold on you will be freed
Patience can overcome the darkness
Acceptance can overcome the heartless

Be happy for what you are
Not what you could have been
Shine beneath your scars
Satisfaction is the key as long as
