World of Mine

This is where I go when I write.

I know of a magical place
I go there sometimes
I find that I can truly be anything
in this world of mine

It's filled with wonderous creatures
that co-exist in peace
it's filled with sprites, dwarves, and fairies
only seen in dreams

This world only exists to those who believe
that tales and myths derive from what's been seen
The Fae only come to those they chose
they can speak and show to those rare few
If you clear your head and welcome silence
you will see them as I have

This is a wonderous place indeed
come join me here and believe
if your imagination can expand
you will find this magical land

Beware the Brownies for they are
mischievious little creatures best kept afar
The Elves are distant but noble still
they can help you master any skill
The Nymphs are beautiful and kind
but look upon them and you could go blind
The dwarves are better left alone
they only like you if you are made of stone

Come join me here in this land
just clear your head and understand
that life's not always what it seems
drop all doubts and believe
