Grandma's Garden



Planting in Grandma’s garden

Waiting for the seeds to grow

Watching leaves unfurl in springtime

Tending hungry roots below



Dew adorns the young seedlings

Through the days of summer sun

You can eat from Grandma’s garden

True reward for all you've done
