A wonderful way to begin any day.

                   "Morning Light"


Upon waking to an extraordinary sight
beyond my window; a pregnant bulge of morning light.

Sky, painted with a turquoise wash; such a vision
fading to rose-pink and peach hues on the horizon.

Remarkably above the approaching sun,
posed a sliver-sliced moon; today's magic had begun.
