While covering the zoo our spokesman was taken hostage

By a note throwing word mocking angry spitting

jumping screeching banana throwing Chim Panzee

The note demands a truck load of cigars and bananas

During the interview at 9:30 pm Chim said

If you think I am kidding just ask Marsha Panzee

She is threatening to pull his hair out one by one

When she is through with him she will start on me

This situation is her idea I am completely innocent

Update at 10:15pm

It has been hours and no bananas or cigars delivered

Inside the cave we hear the hostage screaming ouch.

Apparently Marsha is working on his hair right now

Swat team arrives at 10:25pm

Come on boys it is just a monkey for Pete sake

What could he do to you with the vests and guns

We have the mayor on the phone to negotiate

After hours the cigars were finally delivered

The hostage released with no hair and a red scalp
