Getting through another office workday - a fun rhyming poem. |
| A journey of tasks which we should be manning, Part- or full-time 'til the boss begins canning, Each individual whom they're duly scanning - The goal being profits, cost-cutting, and planning. A sensitive matter, we mustn't seem trusting; Meanwhile, housekeeping's continually dusting... Who's the policeman who should do the busting, For I'm not mistake-proof, ain't that disgusting? We're being productive like all of the raving, A boss-style performance is how we're behaving. So many useless tactics of craving, Acting in ways girls shouldn't be saving. Work as a team, live for gains you can reach, And with each opportunity, struggle to teach, Something like management, go for the peach, And make it through heartaches, I truly beseech! |
