MUSTAFA MALIK is a reporter, columnist and writer based in Washington. He writes mostly about U.S. foreign policy, neoliberalism and Islamic resurgence. His writings appeared in the Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Chicago Tribune, Boston Globe and other U.S. and overseas newspapers and journals.
Malik also worked as a research fellow for the University of Chicago Middle East Center, German Marshall Fund and other think tanks. As a researcher he conducted fieldwork on U.S. foreign policy, native-immigrant relations and evolution of cultural patterns in Europe and the Middle East.
Malik has lived in the Indian subcontinent, England and the United States.
