The tempest of the storm shows me who I am. (Constanza Form)
'Everyone is a moon, and has a dark side which he never shows to anybody.' ― Mark Twain
The Tempest in the Moonlight
Hidden behind a mask of light;
my face bright in the blazing sun,
I hide from fears I can’t out run.
In the darkness I am held tight.
In the tempest I am laid bare.
Gone with the sun, the mask I wear.
My voice; the thunder in the night.
It erupts with all of my pain,
and bleeds my sorrow with the rain.
The petulant storm helps me fight.
The bruised clouds weep my angry tears.
And lightning burns away my fears.
You will find me in the moonlight;
In raging tantrum of the storm.
I, myself, in darker form.
