The monsters that live in side my heart die when my love saves me from death

My heart beats for you
It screams for you
It hurts when you’re away
I can’t seem to find a way

To calm the pain
Deep inside I’ve slain
The monster lays bleeding red
In the darkness it is dead

The light comes through
When I see you
You hold me tight
And carry me into the light

You protect me
Killing for me
Taking the pain
And all the blame

I have stored up inside
My heart has died
It needs to be revived
You save me and I survive
