The way I like to unwind after a day of constant grind
As I stare at the evening sky

I close my eyes and fly

Through the stars I'll sore

When the heavens let it pour

My life so blessed

There is no time to rest

My journey could end tomorrow

But for now there is no sorrow

As my flight reaches it's peak

I realize we are all unique

In each and every way

I'll look for the good in every day

As I start to descend

I realize these wounds

I will have to mend

For now is not quite the end

With my mind so clear

I have nothing left to fear

As sunrise starts to appear

Another work day is near

I will transform to my normal state

And patiently await

My evening escape
