How I can to be who I am
As you walk through life, most of us just deal what is thrown at us,

we either fall in to societies expectations of us, or the expectations

of parents or other loved ones. Sometimes we actually can fight those

expectations and become the person we want to become.

But if you are really lucky or blessed you encounter someone who changes everything, their perspective on faith, their support, acceptance, love and their only expectation is you can become the best you can be. No matter what you want to be.

It builds a difference in you to allow past treatment, past mistakes, screw-ups to be a building block of learning versus regret, to be come a platform to find what is good in the experience and use it, and learn from the bad of the experience and then DROP IT. Don't carry the hatred, or anger or regret or depression - let it go.

A real connection to forgiveness and grace.

I will never fill the shoes of the person I encountered, but I work hard to emulate her, let her legacy resonate in my children, my grandchildren and those that I encounter.

She presented me an example of who I could be versus the direction I was going. I will miss her, but she will always be a part of my heart, life, spirit.

Mrs. Barner - I love you and Thank the Lord for you being in my life.

Heavens are sure celebrating to have such an amazing woman in their mist.

Mrs. Elizabeth Barner passed away this past week.
