broken love

Promises of Lies

I, I wish you could see
The damage that you cause
This pain inside
I try to hide

Promises made
Buried within the lies
Confusion, hate, betrayal
The only things you left me

Escape sweet love
The funeral of my heart
Burned within, consumed with grief
Tears of bloods separate me from you.

The fire inside extinguished
Mercy denied
Oaths betrayed
It was never meant to be.

Escape my love
The funeral of our hearts
Consumed with grief, burned within
My love is all I have.
