My "Dear Me" Letter for 2015
You may not know what is going on with those "spells" (as the doctors call them) just yet but you will find out this year and you will keep the faith that they will be able to find a way to stop them from happening so you can get back to a regular life where you can drive again, go out in public without fear of embarrassing yourself, and feel normal inside and out. You will follow the doctors, therapists, and case managers as they give you orders and advice to make you better.
You are going to learn a new form of writing this year: screenwriting! This is going to happen with the help of "The Screenwriting Group" . You have already learned so much this month and there are eleven more months to go! Your final goal is to turn the idea you had for NaNoWriMo 2014 into a screenplay. You know it would work much better as a movie and this is your chance to learn all you need to get it done. You can work on your ideas for finishing and fleshing out the screenplay while you learn more of the mechanics for formatting and actually writing it as you go.
You always make the goal to review more and this time it's actually going to happen. You are consistently going to review/judge for "Pond Poetry - ON HIATUS!" and you will actively seek out another contest to judge for that has a moderate amount of entries. You will be consistent in judging even when things come up like illness and random events. You have to learn to be dependable.
You will make a to-do list each night, that includes household chores if needed, and complete that list the next day. If you need help in completing the task list, you can ask for help, but don't make a habit of this. You need to learn to get things done around the house and take care of yourself, your home, and your own responsibilities.
These may be your goals for the year at this point in time, but things can change as time goes on, so if something else comes up that needs to be added, or if you find that one of these things is becoming too easy or is a daily thing that you don't have to think about anymore, you just do it, you might want to think about adding something new to your goal list. Always challenge yourself. Always!
